PM09/9 Resin Abrasive Polishing Machine
RPM09/9 Resin Abrasive Polishing Machine adopts the resin abrasive disk which is light , small consumption of power and high grinding efficiency .The price of this machie is 1/2 times of the traditional multi-head grinding and polishing machine . It requires 7.5kw power which is 1/3~2/3 time of the common poilshing and grinding machine ,ie ,the low power consumption .
It is the multi-head continous slab –inputing processing with high efficiency and low labor cost . Usually the efficiency of one set of machine are equal to that several sets of hand or bridge machine . In the whole processing ,it just needs 2-4 workers .
It uses the air pressure to control the up-down of the abrasive disk ,and the pressure is adjustable . It is belt roller, and the conveying speed is aslo adjustable. The electrical system takes the PLC and the HMI .
