II Main features

It is mainly used to grind and polish the slab of granite .After the handling by the calibrating machine ;then the slab is carried to the GRINDING AND POLISHING MACHINE through the conveyor .The main electric motor drive the grinding head which is installed on the spindle to revolve through the tooth-like belt ;and then through the encoder to send singals to the control system ;the industrial CPU-controlled grinding head can automatically fall down when the the slab leave this area ;the controlling grinding head can automatically go up to avoid the mismotion which is resulted from the falling of the grinding head to damage the conveying belt .The swinging of the crossbeam is carried out through the encoder to control the variation of the speed in different places and swing amplitude;when the crossbeam are on the reciprocating movement and the backing place ,the speed should be slowed down and be stayed for a certain time to blalance the polishing level between the middle and the two edges and to avoid the slab to become the arc which take the shape of low-middle ,thicker-edges.The speed of the crossbeam’s movement and the conveying belt ‘s carrying can be changed through the frequency converter.
